Applicable Codes & Standards: ASME Section VIII Div.1, Div.2, BS PD5500, TEMA and API 660 are being followed for Mechanical Design, Fabrication, Inspection and Testing as applicable. Mechanical Design with PV Elite and CAD systems
For CE-PED requirements, Design, Fabrication, Inspection and Testing is in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive – PED regulations (97/23/EC).
Vessels can be “U” & “U2” stamped as well as “CE” stamped as per client’s requirement.
Materials – Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon steel, Low alloy steel (Cro- Moly), Austenitic Stainless steel, Duplex/Super Duplex stainless steel and other Nonferrous materials such as Monel, Inconnel625, CuNi70/30, CuNi90/10, Naval Brass, Alu-Nickel Brass/Bronze, Titanium and other Cladded Components.
Welding Procedure, Welders and welding operator qualifications are in accordance with ASME Section IX. Welding and NDT Inspections are carried out by AWS/CSWIP certified QC Inspectors and ASNT/PCN level II certified Inspectors.
Internal Coating such as Chem flake /Glass flake and other external coating are applied as per Contract requirements and inspection is handled by NACE/BGAS qualified Inspectors.
